The Stubblebine Company/CORFAC International was formed in 1987 by the late Robert D. Stubblebine and its current President David Stubblebine. In late 1966, Robert Stubblebine began his real estate career at Whittier Partners in Boston, after receiving a Master in Business Administration from Cornell University. He also co-founded the Real Estate Cooperative in 1978 and during 12 of his 29 years in real estate, he was an equity partner that developed high-tech manufacturing and warehouse properties in Boston and neighboring communities. Robert was a member of The Society of Industrial and Office Realtors (SIOR).
