Devon is a lifelong Massachusetts resident. He grew up in Ashburnham, Massachusetts and currently lives in Leominster, Massachusetts with his wife and daughter. The Stubblebine Company has marked the start of his commercial real estate career in which he primarily focuses on representing buyers, tenants, sellers, and landlords of industrial properties. He, in the past 12 months, has represented tenants in leasing a total of 60,000 SF and has represented a seller in the sale of 5.5 Acres of land for $2.2 Million. He values diligence, integrity, transparency, and loyalty. Devon prides himself on communicating clearly with those he works with and going above and beyond expectations with a smile on his face. He enjoys his free time hiking, serving the community, and spending time with his family.
