Lauren is the Administrative Director at The Stubblebine Company. Coming from a background in restaurant management through three different Chick-fil-A franchises, she has amassed a total of 7 years of team building and development, realizing her passion for bringing individual professionals together as a unit to achieve exceptional results. She joined TSC in 2022 as an administrative assistant before taking over management of the active listings and generating their exposure through creating marketing materials and brochures for the entire company. She quickly adapted to this role with the growing number of agents and listings at TSC and consistently delivers superior marketing materials for the team. Throughout 2022 and 2023, her role has transformed within the company and she now manages the administrative team, overseeing team productivity while providing vision and development. With strong communication skills and a genuine enjoyment of those she works with, she is enthusiastic about how the administrative team can continue to propel The Stubblebine Company even further into the commercial real estate marketplace.
