James and David Stubblebine, Principal of The Stubblebine Company, represented the Buyer, and Harrison Piper, Advisor, David Berman, Advisor, and Chris Michniewicz, Senior Advisor of the Stubblebine Company represented the Seller, 68 Industrial Boulevard LLC.
According to James Stubblebine, “the buyer, Chris Barry, acquired the property to accommodate their expanding business. He will also enjoy the income of two other established companies occupying approximately 50% of the building.
